The EXEMPLUM Project is built on the philosophy presented in the book “Take Control. Be What You Would Like To Be” and focuses on the development and empowerment of the individual. Its purpose is to help people, regardless of age, background or circumstances, to clarify what they want, design their journey and bring it to life.
The approach is based on a practical methodology for long-term personal planning, structured around six steps and six core principles.
For years, a fundamental question has been debated: does change begin with society as a whole, or with the individual?
The EXEMPLUM Project takes a clear position: real change begins with the individual.
Societies move forward not through abstract collectives, but through individuals who choose to take responsibility, stand out and act with integrity, discipline and purpose. The more such individuals exist, the more society evolves. You do not need to be exceptional, wealthy or hold a position of power. More often than not, these are simply convenient excuses for inaction.
The essence is simple: everyone can make a difference, in their own way.
What defines a person as a point of reference?
The EXEMPLUM Project introduces the concept of the Exemplum individual: a person who lives with awareness, direction and consistency. The “laws of Exemplum” provide a practical benchmark for personal development. They are not theoretical constructs, but a framework that helps individuals define and pursue who they want to become.
The EXEMPLUM Project goes beyond theory.
It is supported by training programmes designed to develop practical skills such as:
time management
communication and body language
mindset
personal planning and organisation
At the same time, the philosophy is reflected through books, novels and theatrical work, where characters embody the principles of the Exemplum approach in real-life contexts.
The EXEMPLUM Project is not about success in the conventional sense.
It is about self-accomplishment: knowing what you want to become, designing your journey and making it happen.

Too much energy and time are invested in defining what constitutes an excellent organisation, a great work place, a motivated group of employees etc. However, the individual as a balanced personality is the basic structural block of the society, of the business world and the humanity in general. Thus, the aim of this book is to set the reference, the benchmark of what it takes to be an Exemplum individual.
The most important characteristic of such individuals is that they do not wonder about in life. They follow a path to a Destination they selected. Having that in mind, with this short and simple life manual we propose a practical guide to the journey of personal accomplishment, describing the steps one should follow to reach to a pre-selected Destination.
The methodology is based on the quideline set in the book and founded on the idea of business excellence, adapted to the measures of the individual.
The project is about helping people to plan their lives in an Exemplum way by providing guidance in various ways; videos, personal coaching, seminars, training courses, like Time Management, Body Language, Communication skills, Personal planning and organisation and much more.

We often meet people of whom we admire their achievements, we admire their public speaking abilities, we admire their courage to fight for their rights, we admire their integrity, we admire their managerial and organisational capabilities, their confidence or their efficiency and effectiveness in doing things. We don't envy them but we wish we could be like them. If we could create a "have it all" individual it would have been the Exemplum for everything.
When we make these kind of thoughts our mind flies to HUGE personalities like: Nelson Mandela, Marie Curie, Albert Einstein or Martin Luther King that with their lives moved the whole world. These very exceptional individuals indeed can inspire us BUT there are next door heroes that can motivate us even MORE with their example because they are normal everyday people, so near to us, demonstrating admirable achievements in their dimension. We don't suggest to imitate anyone, we suggest to watch around you and see that everything is possible provided that you plan and fight for it.
You can be what you admire. You can improve the skills that you want to achieve and you can get to any Destination you would like to be. You cannot have them all, but you can get what you really desire... and you need a PLAN for that.
In a short and lean life manual we outline the laws of the Exemplum individual and according to those we suggest a simple six step ladder to climb to your desired life Destination. It is so simple and so demanding at the same time because it requires commitment, your commitment for YOUR life journey.
